1/4 cup oil
chopped onions
1 lb shrimp
1 can rotel tomatoes
oysters (if desired)
1 lb crawfish
crabmeat (I use 2 cans lump crabmeat)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 pieces fresh bread (grind into breadcrumbs in food processor)
seasoning as desired

Directions:
Saute onions in oil, add shrimp and rotel. Cook until the shrimp are pink. Add oysters, soup, crawfish, crabmeat, bread, and seasoning. Cook until the bread absorbs all the liquid.
