1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in all dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips and Rice Krispies. Fold mixture and drop on to cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 min.
