1 1/2 sticks margarine (softened)
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 cup chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
3 teaspoon vanilla
1 LARGE container cool whip.
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk

Directions:

Mix margarine, flour, and nuts together. Place in a 9 X 13 inch dish. Bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350º until light brown.

Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and 1/2 the container of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix pudding and mild and spread quickly over the cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
