2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c light chicken stock
1 c red table grapes, halved
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
2 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
celery
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken in stock in 350º oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool and dice. In bowl, mix diced chicken, celery, grapes and well-drained pineapple. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Combine both bowls. It should look smooth with a good sauce coating. If dry, add a little more may mayo and sour cream.
Serve alone or on lettuce, bread or crackers
