8 Kosher dill pickles
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 oz. thin sliced beef or ham deli meat

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pickles on paper towels. Spread or pat cream cheese around each pickle (or spread onto sliced meat). Wrap 2 sheets of meat around each pickle. Insert a toothpick, if necessary, to hold in place. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1/2" sections before serving. Recipe may be doubled.
