6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (4 oz) jar whole mushrooms, drained
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Place chicken breasts in ungreased 9 x 13 (or 2 qt.) baking dish. Add mushrooms (optional); sprinkle with Swiss cheese. In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and sherry. Blend well,. Pour over chicken. STOP & FREEZE, if desired. If using immediately, bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese ; bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. Place chicken on serving plate and stir sauce if necessary to blend; serve with chicken. Make Ahead Directions: Prepare recipe as directed to STOP & FREEZE. Do not bake. Cover with foil and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. Uncover; bake as directed above. Or prepare to STOP& FREEZE. Cover with foil and freeze. When ready to use DO NOT THAW. Bake covered at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover; bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
