Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Oreos, finely crushed
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 gallon of mint chip ice cream
1 jar of hot fudge

Directions:
Directions:
Mix finely crushed Oreos and melted butter together.
Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Freeze until it firm.
Add ice cream on top of Oreo crust. It is easiest to open the ice cream completely from the side, slice it, and then lay the slices out and smoosh together. Freeze again.
Then melt hot fudge. The best is to put the jar in boiling water to heat through, but can also microwave. Pour over the top of the ice cream. Freeze again.
Although you can serve right away too, which is what I usually do because by this time it is too hard to resist.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You of course can substitute any flavor of ice cream for the mint chip and it is just as yummy. I got this recipe from my friend, Lara. She said it is best to freeze between each layer, but in a crunch you can do all the layers at once it just doesn't look as pretty...but it still tastes the same!
