9 large potatoes (peeled)
1/3 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 T. butter
pinch garlic salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
1/4 cup chives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes in water until tender, drain. Mash potatoes until smooth adding salt and milk during process. Then add cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Beat until light and fluffy. Cool, cover and store in refrigerator. 2-3 hours before serving pour mashed potatoes into greased slow
cooker (5 -6 quart slow cooker) and cook first hour on high and turn to low to finish warming before serving hot.
