1 3-5# Chuck or Arm roast
1 tsp seasoned meat tenderizer
1/2 c orange juice
1 T brown sugar
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:

Sprinkle roast w/tenderizer. Pierce deeply. Roast 1 hour.
Combine marinade and pour over roast. Let stand 4-5 hours turning meat several times. Pierce meat occasionally allowing marinade to soak in . (Marinade overnight if desired.
Cook over coals 15 min on each side for rare meat.
