2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. white corn syrup
2 c. cream
1 c. butter
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar and corn syrup stirring constantly till it reaches 244º using candy thermometer.
Add slow stream of cream, butter & salt
Cook stirring constantly to 244º. Take from stove and add salt quickly.
Put on a long pan to cool. Then wrap in waxed paper.
