Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage (I like Jimmy Dean's hot sausage)
2 pkgs. white pepper gravy mix (I use Pioneer Brand)
1 or 2 tubes of Pillsbury biscuits, either regular or jumbo size

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and drain off any fat. Mix up the gravy mix according to directions on the package and add it to the drained sausage. Bake the biscuits, split open and cover with the sausage gravy. So, so simple and so, so good!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to make this when the kids come home for a quick, hearty breakfast. This is so simple to make I'm almost embarrassed to put it in the cookbook, but because it's so easy, I guess it should be in here! If you don't have canned biscuits, you could use a biscuit mix or make biscuits from scratch.
