1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz) can green chili peppers (chopped)
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg plain tortilla chips
1 pkg Monterey Jack cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbled. Pour off drippings. Add green chili peppers, enchilada sauce, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well. Cook until bubbly. Spread chips in baking dish. Spoon soup mixture over chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 400º until cheese melts.
