3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
20 chicken wings
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot or similar)

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly grease with cooking spray. In large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, cayenne, garlic powder and salt, shake to mix. Add the chicken wings, seal, and shake until well coated with flour mixture. Place wings onto prepared baking sheet and place into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400º

Whisk together melted butter and hot sauce. Dip wings into mixture then place back on backing sheet. Bake in preheated over until chicken is no longer pink in the center and crispy on the outside (about 45 min). Turn wings over 1/2 way through cooking.
