Salt & Pepper
Spray Butter
Box of Onion Soup-Lipton

Directions:
Directions:
Flour, salt,pepper, spray butter on
top and buttom of roast place in dutch oven pan with 1-1/2 c. of water on buttom and place in oven on broil until brown on both sides. Bring out of oven sprinkle a box of onion soup over roast place back into oven @ 250 deg. bake about 4 hrs. with the lid on top cooking it very slow makes it very moist and tender.
