Directions:
Flour, salt & pepper,spray butter all over breast place into a dutch oven pan with 1-1/2 cups of water in buttom of pan stick into oven on broil and brown top & buttom then turn oven on very low maybe 2:
40 deg, cook for 5 hrs. with lid tightly closed on pan. Take out slice ready to eat it should be very moist and not dry. The drippings from turkey could be used for gravy just add a can of campbells chicken soup.
