1 lb. box candied cherries
1 lb. box candied pineapple
2 - 8 oz. box dates (or another fruit if you don't like dates)
3 c. pecans
1 can angel flake coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line 2 loaf bread pans with foil, grease and flour foil. Mix ingredients for cake well. Pour half into each pan, press down well and bake in 325º oven for 45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I leave the foil sticking up around top of loaf pans. After cakes are baked & cooled for a while in pans just lift out by the foil after completely cook fold over cake & finish wrapping.
