2 bars cream cheese
2 bags of salad shrimp, already cooked (put in last)
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
6-8 tbsp chili sauce, to taste (I use Heinz)
2 tbsp lemon juice, plus extra for shrimp rinse
1/2 tsp white pepper
dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare shrimp first. Pour some extra lemon juice over shrimp while rinsing, then wring out excess water and lemon juice from shrimp.
2. Mix everything together, adding the shrimp last.
3. Sprinkle the top with some extra cayenne pepper.

This is my friend Gina's shrimp dip, and I have been know to "encourage" her to bring it to work events. It's very good with crackers. Yummy, yummy, yummy.
