3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
beat these ingredients together

1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Add these to egg mixture

Directions:
Grease and line cookie sheet with wax paper. Pour batter on pan bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Sprinkle dish towel with confection sugar, invert cake, remove wax paper and roll in towel, let cool.

Frosting- Mix together 1 8oz cream cheese; 1 cup confection sugar; 2 tbs butter; 1 tsp vanilla

Unroll cooled cake, frost and then reroll. Put on dish and slice.
