9 large sweet potatoes
1/4 cup of cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup marshmallows, cut up
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
Little extra marshmallows and nuts

Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash. While hot, add all other ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with more marshmallows and nuts. Return to oven and brown.
