Goulash:
2 pounds beef chuck, cut into cubes
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup fat
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 8 oz. can tomato soup
2 cans of tomatoes, drained
1 clove minced garlic
1 Bouquet Garni

Bouquet Garni:
1 bay leaf
1 stalk celery & leaves
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 blade thyme
(all tied into a little cheesecloth bag)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef in hot fat
2. Add onions and cook until brown
3. Stir in flour, salt and paprika
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Simmer gently, covered, until meat is tender (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours)
6. Remove bouquet garni
7. Serve goulash with hot noodles
