1 c butter
1 c sugar
2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
2 c finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Mix flour and salt and stir in to creamed mixture. Chill dough. Roll 1 tsp dough in to a ball. Dip tin to slightly beaten egg whites and roll in to nuts. Place on baking sheet and press finger in to center of each. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Filled cooled cookies with tinted confectioner's sugar icing.
