3-4 slices dry bread
1/2 - 1 Tbsp dry parsley
1/2 - 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
dash of garlic salt
1/2 - 1 Tbsp onion salt
1 lb ground beef
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread in bowl and cover with enough milk to moisten lightly. Press out excess moisture. Add the other ingredient to the bread mixture and mix well. Press into a casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour @ 325º
