1/2 c peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
If you like a more peanutty flavor, use 1 cup peanut butter. (crunchy or plain)

Cream sugars and butter - add egg, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix in flour, soda & salt. Roll into balls (according to size you want cookie). Place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork.
Bake 8 - 10 min in 375 deg oven.
