2 lb. carrots - pealed and sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 lb. Velveeta© cheese
1 stick margarine
12 Ritz© crackers - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Boil carrots 10 minutes. Drain and put in 9"X13" baking dish; sprinkle with brown sugar. Melt cheese and margarine in a small sauce pan, pour over carrots. Top carrots with crushed crackers. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
