1 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
1 (13 3/4-oz) can artichoke hearts in brine, drained
8oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup buttermilk Ranch dressing
Assorted crackers or French baguette

Directions:
Directions:
Using your hands, squeeze spinach as dry as possible. Place in a medium bowl. Drain artichoke hearts, squeeze out moisture and chop coarsely.
Place in bowl with spinach. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pack mixture into 4 cup baking dish. Up to this point, the dip mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Preheat oven to 350º F. Bake 30-35 min. until hot and bubbly around edges. Serve immediately with crackers or slices of French baguette.
