1/4 cup butter
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel - drained
2 cups cubed chicken
1 8oz package finely shredded fiesta blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, cook peppers and onion in butter until tender. Add soup, tomatoes and meat, stirring until well blended. Add cheese. Continue stirring and heating until cheese is melted. Serve with chips and sour cream.
