Salmon fillets, cut into small pieces
1 C. Water
1 C. White Vinegar
3 T. Sugar
1 sliced Lemon
1 sliced Onion
1 T. Mixed Pickling Skpices

Directions:
Directions:
Spread fish in a shallow glass pan. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool and pour over fish. Regrigerate. Can be eaten after 24 hours but flavor improves after several days. This mix wil pickle 8-9 pints.
