1 large head of Cabbage (shredded)
1 Tbsp. Salt
2 Green Peppers (sliced)
2 med. Onions (chopped)
1-1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 c. White Vinegar
3/4 c. Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and salt, and onion. Lay green peppers on top. Let stand for 30 minutes.

In saucepan, combine sugar, vingar and olive oil and cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and refrigerate over night. Can also be frozen and thawed when ready to eat.
