28 oz package of Cream of Wheat
1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/3 cups milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 Tbs. rose water
1/2 cup pine nuts (or almonds)

Basic Sugar Syrup
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tbs rose water

Nammura:
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch cake pan with the sesame seed oil. Thoroughly mix all ingredients excluding the pine nuts.
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Bake until golden brown, 30-45 minutes. Don't overcook.
When done, cut into small squares while still in the pan. Spoon cold sugar syrup over the hot Nammura. Let cool to room temperature for about an hour, then serve.

Sugar Syrup: combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan, and heat over medium until boiling, about 10-15 minutes. Before removing from heat, add the lemon juice and rose water and let come to a boil. Let mixture cool to room temperature.
