4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups loosely grated zucchini

sift together 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp b soda, 1/2 tsp b powder
Directions:
Directions:
beat eggs until lemon colored and frothy, mix together with rest of ingredients.

Pour into 2 loaf pans

Bake 350º for 50 minutes
