1 lb. Ground beef
1 (11 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 (10¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10¾ oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can grated cheddar cheese
Nacho cheese chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain. Add next three ingredients to ground beef and mix well. Put in a thin layer of chips into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon beef mixture over chips. Sprinkle cheese over beef mixture. Top with more chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or just till cheese melts.
