1 pound fresh hand picked berries
1 ltr. water
1 piece of cinnamon stick
1/2 cup of sugar or honey
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg
4-5 tbsp flour
1 smidgen salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring berries, water,sugar and cinnamon to a
gentle boil.
Use your hands to mix egg, flour and salt into
a dough like consistence.
When the Berries start to change, drop the
egg/flour dough into the soup under constant
stirring. Do not overcook. Adjust the sweetness
and finish with lemon juice. Serve warm.
