3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup all -purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 T granulated sugar
1 egg
1 (small jar) carrot baby food
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup bran cereal flakes
1/3 cup crasians

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together dry ingredients in small bowl. Combine butter, oil and sugars in another bowl mix on high speed until sugars and dissolved and mixture is light in color. Add egg, carrot puree and vanilla, beat for 30 sec. Add oats, flakes, and craisens Dough will be slightly sticky. spray cookie sheet lightly with Pam. Using about 3 Tablespoons of batter, form a ball and place on cookie sheet . Leave about 3 in. between cookies. Wet hands and use palm of to flatten cookies about 1/4 inch thick. Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 degrees. Bake about 12 min. (don't over cook)
