3 cups Flour
6 level tsp Blue Ribbon Baking Powder
3 tsp sugar
3 level tbsp lard or shortening
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift salt, baking powder, sugar and flour together. Rub in shortening until like a fine powder. Cut in enough cold water to make soft dough. Pat out gently on bake board. cut with biscuit cutter and bake in hot over 450º. Bake about 10 minutes.
