1-2 wax paper package of graham crackers(honey, chocolate, cinnamon)
or Saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Break crackers into the four sections and place close together in one layer on well-greased cookie sheet (the kind with sides).
Cover the entire cookie sheet with crackers.
Melt butter, margarine, and sugar in saucepan. Boil just until the sugar melts. Pour over crackers and immediately sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove from pan while still warm. If you don't they will stick.

The leftover nut-cookie-crumbs from the pan make a great ice cream topping. I use 2 sticks of butter.
