3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 tbs. baking cocoa

2/3 cup canola oil
2 tbs. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk or water
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into a 9x13 inch pan. Make three wells in the dry ingredients for oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Pour milk or water over the entire cake and blend well with hand beater or whisk.

Bake at 350º 25-35 minutes.
