Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1 can of sweet peas (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, debone and shred; combine chicken with cream of chicken soup and sweet peas, if desired. Pour mixture into casserole dish; crush crackers and spread over top; melt butter and drizzle over crackers; bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Number Of Servings: 4-6
Preparation Time:
Chicken: about an hour or so (I usually do it in advance); Assembly: 10 min.
