1 LB SAUSAGE
1 CLOVE GARLIC
1 ONION
1 STALK CELERY
BELL PEPPER
1/4 TBSP CAYENNE
1/4 C PARSLEY
SALT/PEPPER

BOIL RICE IN CHICKEN BROTH
DRAIN

BROWN SAUSAGE OVER MED HEAT IN OIL

ADD CHOPPED GARLIC-ONION-CELERY-BELL PEPPER

COOK UNTIL SOFTEN

SEASON WITH SALT/PEPPER

ADD 1 C CHICKEN STOCK AND CAYENNE
ADD RICE AND PARSLEY
