1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as box directs, pour into greased/floured 9x13 pan.
In separate bowl, mix ricotta,sugar,eggs and vanilla.
Pour over cake mix that hasn't been baked yet--do not blend.
Bake at 350º for 45 min..
While cake is cooking, in small bowl mix pudding with milk and fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate to chill. Cool cake then spread pudding mixture over cake.
