4+ pieces of chicken ( as you like)
1 c. chicken broth
1.c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup ( you can use cream of mushroom if you like)
1 jar pimentos
3 to 6" cut off Velveeta loaf ( I use 3 " but use more if you like the cheesy taste)
1 lg. pkg. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in broth and water. Debone and chunk meat. Save the broth you may need it.
Heat chicken, soup and sour cream together in a pan.
When warmed, add Velveeta til blended.
If it is too thick, add broth.
Serve over rice
