1 low-fat graham cracker pie crust
1 large bin of fat-free Cool Whip
1 small can of crushed pineapple
1 red or green apple
1 packet of fat free butterscotch pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl pour can of crushed pineapple and juice
Cut apple into small squares
Add packet of fat free butterscotch mix
Blend together
Add Cool Whip to mix and gently fold together
Add mix to pie crust
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Serve chilled
