Ingredients:  
Place 3 quarts of Popped Corn and
1 1/2C peanuts in a large brown paper grocery bag
Combine 1 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Butter, 1/4 C. light Corn Syrup and 1/2t.salt in a 2 quart glass bowl.
MICROWAVE ON HIGH 3-4 minutes. Stir when mixture comes to boil. Microwave 2 more minutes.
Stir in 1/2 t. Baking Soda

Pour Syrup mixture over Popped Corn and Peanuts in the paper bag. Close bag and shake well. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes more Shake well and repeat one more time. Cool and then separate Carmel Corn. ( Can substitute molasses for the light corn Syrup for more of a Cracker Jack flavor.
