Ingredients:  
1/2 C. shortening
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1/2t. Salt
1 Egg
Add together:
1C. Sour Milk or (add 1T. Vingegar to milk to sour)
1 t. Baking Soda
2C. plus 1 T Flour
Add Four and Milk mixture to above ingredients alternately beginning and ending with flour.
Add 3 C Finely diced rhubarb

Directions:

Pour into floured 9 X 13 pan and Sprinkle with topping of: 1/33 C. Sugar and 1t. Cinnamon.

BAKE: 350º for 45 minutes
