3 c grated cheese
4 eggs
2 lbs. raw pan sausage
1 1/2 c Bisquick (self-rising flour)
2 c chopped jalapeños without seeds
1 box flavored bread crumbs

Oven 350º. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Form into egg shapes. Roll in bread crumbs. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 30 min .
