4-5 chicken breasts
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
sesame seeds or poppy seeds
1 stick of margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in boiling water until done. Cool and then cut it into small pieces Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the chopped cooked chicken. Mix together the sour cream and soup, Spread the mixture over the chicken. Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and spread over the casserole. Melt one stick of margarine and drizzle over the top. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 325º 35-40 minutes.

If you use chicken with skin and bones, I pull the skin off and remove the bone before I use it in the casserole.
