2 graham cracker pie crusts
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 pound butter stocks, room temperature
3 8-oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 big carton Cool Whip
Graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip (do not beat). Spoon mixture into 2 graham cracker crusts and then sprinkle tops with the graham cracker crumbs. Chill 3-4 hours before serving.

Chocolate cookie crumb crusts are great too. Top with fresh raspberries.
