1/2 cup butter, softened
1 8-oz carton sour cream
2 cups Bisquick

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º.

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; stir in sour cream. Gradually add Bisquick, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoof batter into lightly greased miniature (1 3/4 inch) muffin pans, filling full. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
