1 dozen eggs
1 jar pickled beets
1 small yellow onion
1 cup apple cider vinegar
water only to cover mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil dozen eggs. Soak in cold water and ice. Peel, and to a glass jar along with sliced onion, and all contents of pickled beets jar. Add water just to cover whole mixture. Best after they sit for a day- good for about a week in fridge.
