1 1/2C. Warn Water
2t. Yeast
Add:
1/4 finely diced Onion
1/4T. Basil
1/8t. Thyme
1/8 t. Garlic Powder
3/4t. salt
1/4C. Dill Weed
1/8 C. Oil
1 1/2C. whole Wheat Flour
1 3/4 C white Flour

Bake in bread machine according to its directions.

This recipe is from the Urban Onion Restaurant in downtown Olympia. After eating lunch there one day I asked if the chef would share his recipe - thinking that of course he probably would not. I was surprised!! The original recipe called for 26 C.of Flour, so this version is reduced for the bread machine.
