Ingredients:  
1 can white corn (sometimes called shoe-peg corn) (drained)
1/4 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped pimento (optional)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Dressing:
1/3 cup oil (I used olive oil)
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients together. Toss the vegetables with the dressing and chill until ready to serve.
